Veterans Day Parade in Fort Walton Beach and Miramar
Parade Information
The Veterans Day parade in Fort Walton Beach will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 11th. The parade will start at the corner of Eglin Parkway and Beal Parkway, and will proceed east on Eglin Parkway to Miracle Strip Parkway. The parade will then turn south on Miracle Strip Parkway and end at the corner of Miracle Strip Parkway and Santa Rosa Boulevard.
The Veterans Day parade in Miramar will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 11th. The parade will start at the corner of Miramar Parkway and Red Road, and will proceed east on Miramar Parkway to University Drive. The parade will then turn south on University Drive and end at the corner of University Drive and Pembroke Road.

Parade Highlights
The Fort Walton Beach Veterans Day parade will feature a flyover by the Eglin Air Force Base Thunderbirds. The Miramar Veterans Day parade will feature a performance by the Miramar High School Marching Band.
Parking and Transportation
Parking is available at both the Fort Walton Beach and Miramar parade routes. Public transportation is also available in both cities.
Fort Walton Beach
Parking is available at the following locations:
- Fort Walton Beach City Hall
- The Landing Park
- Santa Rosa Mall
Public transportation is available through the Emerald Coast Regional Transit Authority (ECRTA). ECRTA buses run along Eglin Parkway and Miracle Strip Parkway.
Miramar
Parking is available at the following locations:
- Miramar Town Center
- Miramar Cultural Center
- Pembroke Lakes Mall
Public transportation is available through the Broward County Transit (BCT) system. BCT buses run along Miramar Parkway and University Drive.
