Utes Connect on 17 Three-Pointers in 90-60 Rout

Balanced Scoring Attack Leads Utah to Fourth Straight Win

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Utes put on a shooting clinic on Thursday night, drilling 17 three-pointers in a dominant 90-60 victory over Central Arkansas at the Huntsman Center.

The Utes were on fire from beyond the arc, shooting 54.8% from three-point range. David Jenkins Jr. led the way with five three-pointers, while Marco Anthony and Both Gach each added four. Utah's hot shooting helped them build a commanding lead early, and they never looked back.

In addition to their impressive three-point shooting, the Utes also had a balanced scoring attack. Jenkins Jr. finished with a team-high 19 points, followed by Anthony with 17 and Gach with 16. Utah's bench also contributed, with Rollie Worster adding 11 points and Branden Carlson chipping in with 10.

Central Arkansas struggled to keep pace with Utah's offensive firepower. The Bears shot just 38.3% from the field and were outrebounded by the Utes 43-28. Central Arkansas' leading scorer was Eddy Kayouloud, who finished with 15 points.

The win was Utah's fourth straight and improved their record to 7-2 on the season. The Utes will be back in action on Saturday when they host Weber State at the Huntsman Center.
