The Vancouver Canucks will look to spoil the Los Angeles Kings' return to the .500 mark when the two teams meet in the finale of their respective three-game road trips on Saturday night.
The Canucks (20-26-3, 43 points) are coming off a 4-1 loss to the San Jose Sharks on Thursday, while the Kings (20-25-5, 45 points) are coming off a 4-3 overtime win over the Anaheim Ducks on Friday.
The Canucks have lost two straight and are 3-6-1 in their last 10 games. The Kings have won two in a row and are 4-5-1 in their last 10 games.
Saturday's game will be the third and final meeting between the two teams this season. The Canucks won the first meeting 5-2 in Vancouver on Dec. 13, while the Kings won the second meeting 4-1 in Los Angeles on Jan. 14.
The Canucks are led by Elias Pettersson, who has 21 goals and 36 assists in 49 games this season. Brock Boeser is second on the team in scoring with 19 goals and 21 assists in 49 games.
The Kings are led by Anze Kopitar, who has 17 goals and 32 assists in 49 games this season. Adrian Kempe is second on the team in scoring with 20 goals and 17 assists in 49 games.
The Canucks will be looking to end their road trip on a high note and snap their two-game losing streak. The Kings will be looking to extend their winning streak to three games and return to the .500 mark.
