Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor recently got candid about his journey in the film industry and revealed that he wasn't passionate about cinema when he shot for his upcoming action-thriller 'Singham Again'. The '2 States' actor shared that he felt isolated and questioned his purpose during the filming of the Rohit Shetty directorial.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Kapoor opened up about his experience while filming 'Singham Again'. "I wasn't in love with cinema when I shot 'Singham Again'. I was isolated, wondered what is the point? I was like, 'I am slogging, working hard, but I don't know where I am going with this'," he said.
The actor further added that he was struggling to find his footing in the industry and was unsure of his career path. "I was lost, had no direction. I was trying to find my feet. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to be an actor or not," he said.
The turning point
However, Kapoor revealed that everything changed after he began working on 'Sardar Ka Grandson'. "I realized my passion for cinema while doing 'Sardar Ka Grandson'. That film changed my perspective. It made me realize that I am an actor and I love acting," he said.
Kapoor further added that he is now more confident and passionate about his work. "I am proud of the work I have done so far. I am excited about my future projects. I am grateful for the love and support of my fans," he said.
'Singham Again'
'Singham Again' is an upcoming action-thriller film directed by Rohit Shetty. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Kapoor, and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. The film is slated to release on August 15, 2023.
